CrownRawCacao NIBS are crushed bits of cacao beans harvested from the Theobroma cacao tree, also known as the cocoa tree. The beans are fermented, dried, and cracked into small pieces. Some are roasted, while unroasted versions are called raw cacao nibs. They have a bitter, chocolatey flavor and are minimally processed, making them a nutrient-dense alternative to conventional chocolate products.
